Local Admin Page Blank - Any Ideas?
« on: December 21, 2015, 06:39:53 PM »

I can access the curated settings through the mydlink app, but the local administration page accessible by ip address is blank. The page loads without errors but is totally blank. I have verified the ip address is correct. The camera streams perfectly to the app and mydlink.com but I cannot modify the advanced settings I need to tweak.  A reboot doesn't seem to help. Any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What OS/browser are you using?  This happens to me (with an error in the upper right of the page: "Error: website can't link") on the current version of Mac OS and Safari with the older firmware version I still have on my cameras.  Switching over to Chrome works.

I'd recommend trying other browsers.

I have the same problem! I am using an Dlink 860L Router since about 6 months without any problems! But today I tried to login to the webinterface of the Router and all I see is a blank page, despite my browser (Chrome) showing me the background texture, but without any text or the username password query!!!
I already tried other browsers (Edge, IE and Firefox) and everywhere I have the same problem.
No errors or other popups, just a blank page.

With Chrome on my tablet I do get to the mobile version, but even there if I afterwards click the "View: Desktop" link, I get a blank page, but this time with the "Home, Settings, Advanced, Management" riders on top, but also no matter what I do the rest of the page is blank!

I don't know what to do...

Try Opera or FF? If IE 8, 9, 10 or 11, set compatibility mode and test again.
Disable any security browser Add-ons like No Script and Ad-Block or configure them to allow All Pages when connected to the router.
Clear all browser caches.
Be sure to log into the Admin account on the router.
Try turning off these features in Chrome:
Top right corner, little bars for options > Settings > Settings (on left) > Show advanced settings.
Uncheck these:
Use a web service to help resolve navigation errors
Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar
Predict network actions to improve page load performance
Enable phishing and malware protection
