dviewcam will not install and black full screen on main console

i tried installing dviewcam when i got my ip cameras. dviewcam gives a cant build in server error. port 80 in use error when ty to install.
when try to use main console i get a full black screen nothing else.

running windows 8.1 pro 64bit.
sky router sr102.

no support tried but no fix given.
was going to install full 12 camera system but if cant get dviewcam working there no use to me.

please help.

What version of DVC are you using?
What region are you located?

dviewcam mainconsole intermittent usable,no sound on playback system,port 80 err

using a PC not a DVR DVC NVR. RUNNING DIRECTX 11 OR 12 TRIED BOTH,

got it working on live view now But will not play back with sound. all use microphone checked allow active sound on preview checked. sound fine in live view ONLY.

I have noticed that i had to use a special unistall tool as normal unistall then reinstall did not work correctly still had same setting which belive was black screen issue as happened a couple of times for unknown reasons.



now the issue i have is sound.

live view sound works ok.

when i go to recording schedule and try play back it plays video but no sound at all.
i still get cant build - build in server port 80 in use when start main console. never got answer to this when tried support.

installed latest firmware and latest software and device pack.
currently using 2 x dcs-933l cameras plain simple for testing.


so why is it either not storing sound or not playing sound on playback when i know microphone works from live stream.
all boxes ticked microphone in use and sound active on preview.


tried both formats mjpeg and h264. tried variations on resolution. double checked all.
question is port 80 error cant build build-in server , why am i seeing this
and
why no sound on playback. is it recording sound and not playing back or not recording sound but just video.

all settings correct for sound and mainconsole and web live view give video and sound, but not playback system.

please advise/ i am UK based but this only forum found , support could not help with issues,
