Incoming call can not dial extension
« on: July 14, 2009, 12:55:12 PM »

When prompted by the auto attendant an outside call can not dial an extension and is forced to use voice. Is there anyway to troubleshoot this? I have all the latest firmware and software.

There's a change that needs to be made to the trunk gateway.
I suggest calling support and getting assistance.

Please log into the DVG-31041MS and click on System tab and Restart on the left hand side. Select restart Gateway with Factory defaults and click on Restart. After the unit restarts, access RP Admin and remove and add the Voice service again. That should take care of the DTMF issue you are experiencing.
