FurryNutz although I'm not from USA hope you can shed light on my problem.
We have four units of DAP1360 installed one each floor. This specific mobile user is having problems with her connection to the DAP1360 which is having no internet connection.
- The DAP1360 in question has Firmware Version : 6.05,Wed,26,Feb,2014 and is configured as an AP, all AP's are connected to a D-Link Gigabit Switch DGS-1024D and is connected to a LinkSys LRT224 Dual WAN Gigabit VPN Router
- The mobile is a Samsung Grand Duos, she is just 3 - 5 meters away from the AP
- I also encountered connecting a Samsung Netbook (Win 10 Home x86) but also no internet connection. I have to change the IP configuration of the netbook to have an internet connection unfortunately the netbook should be configured to obtain an IP automatically instead of manually.
Is this a compatibility problem with D-Link and Samsung? Other Samsung mobile users have no problem at all, but at one time all Samsung mobiles can't connect to the internet while other android/IOS users can connect.
