Hi, I have the same problems with two or three of my four DCS-935L cameras.
One DCS-935L camera is connected alone to a computer running D-ViewCam.
Three cameras is connected to a DNR-312L with a 1Tb disk.
The camera connected to D-ViewCam has worked fine for over a year but has now got into a very slow state, reboots don’t solves the problem. Sometimes the camera is completely inaccessible and a power recycle is necessary to get it running again, but it starts up still in a very slow state.
I had two DCS-935L and one DCS-930L cameras connected to the DNR-312L and it work fine for over a year (after a lot of problems with a couple of replaced cameras). Now I have added one DCS-935L and got tons of problems with several of the DCS-935L, no problems at all with the DCS-930L.
Problems list:
*Video streams stream very intermittent, up to several seconds breaks in the video stream.
*Video streams stops after minutes to hours.
* Very slow response in the web interface
I have tested allmost all different configurations I can think of. I have separated cameras to different WiFi-segments on different Dlink routers, both 2,5GHz and 5gHz.
Could it be temperature, its summer now?
Could it be software bugs? Sometimes I have the feeling some data buffers in the camera fills up and will not be released, not even after a reboot or a factory reset.
Update 2016-06-22
Now I have managed to get video streams from all cameras. I had first to set set audio off (lowered the bitrate), then lower the bitrate in the video configuration and last test different wifi router settings and placements. It seems that the camera needs a good wifi connection and video stream reciever with good capacity not interrupting the stream.
Update 2016-07-14
One of the cameras streams stops after a few minutes up to a couple of hours. After an other few hours I can't log in to the camera and reboot it, have to power off/on. After a power restart it seems as the bit rate ar much higher than after a soft reboot!!!
I'm going nut on this....
