B and G modes are only supported on 2.4Ghz and A was supported on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz however was dropped from 2.4Ghz a while back.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
