phpmyadmin + DNS345
« on: June 13, 2016, 02:52:20 AM »

I had my media set up and working well in the DNS345 and was using MYSQL and phpmyadmin to set up a database to link between a number of Raspberry Pi.  Disaster struck and I had to change my modem.  Different ip I had to try and reset the database to reflect new ip.  It all went horribly wrong and after a few fruitless days I decided to waste no more time, dump the database and start again.  Things didn't get any better, Kodi wouldn't renew the database, and kept locking up.  I decided to un-install phpmyadmin and reboot, reinstall and start again.  Again failure as there seems to be ghosts of installs past clogging up the system and phpmyadmin gives me the fault 'The phpMyAdmin configuration storage is not completely configured, some extended features have been deactivated. To find out why click here.'  Clicking here gives me a list of faults which I have absolutely no idea how to fix.  Some research indicates that I need to purge my cookies and cache in phpmyadmin, which is the question.  How do I do that, failing that how do I remove and purge the phpmyadmin install for a completely clean reinstall?  Just removing it and reinstalling doesn't fix the problem.  Thanks
