How to download SD card video from mylink portal
« on: June 27, 2016, 11:38:47 AM »

How do you download sd card video from mydlink. I can download locally by accessing the cameras ip address and login in, but how do you do that if you are in another country and can only access the sd card video for play back via mydlink portal.  This would only be needed if you were traveling and needed the video before it got over recorded.

Thanks Bob

I don't think you can capture video directly from the web portal. Thats a secure account viewing only service for remote viewing.

You need to open a port in your router firewall and port forward to the local camera ip. Then use your external ip address:port# to access the f/w pages.
