I've tried using my iPhone and iPad using the mydlink app. Specifically, I attempted two methods per the phone support team.
Method 1: Reset the camera and try adding the camera from the Local Camera's section by clicking 'add a new camera'. It goes through the process, asks me for the new password, and then asks if I want to add it to mydlink account. I click yes, and it times out with an error BINDERR003. Tried this multiple times with the same result for both new DCS-932LB1 cameras.
Method 2: Reset the camera and try adding the camera via the desktop Mac app. After this fails, go through and the mydlink app and try adding it again. It asks for the password, I enter it, and then it asks if I want to add it to mydlink account. I click yes, and it times out with an error BINDERR003. Tried this multiple times with the same result for both new DCS-932LB1 cameras.
I can see the camera's in local mode and they work if I look at them locally through Safari, but can't add them to mydlink.
Note that I spoke to support today and they said that more customers are having an issue. It seems that the recent maintenance on the mydlink side affected the DCS-932LB cameras ability to get added to the portal. The technical told me that I have to wait till the Aug 29th maintenance and try again. To be honest it's very frustrating since I've got 3 of the DCS-932L camera in mydlink account already.
