I don't have this camera however I presume any controls of the pan and tilt are with in the cameras web page UI using a web browser connected to the IP address that was given by the man host router to the camera. I would also review the cameras user manual for pan and tilz help and information.

its DCS 5020L, and we are in indonesia

look in the forum for a post about it. It should be similar to other cams like the 5010l.
