Unfortunately, I am not near the location and will not be for a few weeks. Is there a method for getting this info remotely?
If these are associated with the mydlink.com service, you can access the cameras web page by logging in to the MDL service, then select the camera. It should load then select Settings tab. Scroll down and find the Advanced settings button. It should take you to the cameras web page what you would normally see when your at home connecting to the cameras web page.- Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
Help- not sure what DSC's website you are mentioning.
Use the IP address for the camera and input this into IE or FF browsers and this will take you to the cameras web page when you locally near or on the same network as the cameras.- What region are you located?
US
What Mfr and model is the main host router? Linksys EA4500
What wireless modes are you using? 2.4ghz
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router? About 8 feet
I recommend setting a static IP address ON the cameras outside of the main host routers default DHCP IP address pool as a troubleshooting step: 192.168.#.20 and .30
DHCP Test cameras with uPnP and
uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on ALL cameras:
DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com
