Dear All,
I'm using a DIR850L FW 2.00 (Works well) and I am using this as an AP (Access Point - Disabled DHCP and plugged into my main TP Link Router via an ethernet cable on both routers LAN ports).
I have configured my TP-Link Virtual Server, to forward a request through the internet (WAN) via a port; to an IP within my LAN. So far I have a server, FTP server and 3 IP cameras, all of which forward successfully and quickly to the given device when I am outside the LAN.
It is only with the DIR850L (Being used as an access point), I cannot connect to the device (Connection is refused and port checkers say the port is closed, but works successfully with my other devices). Is the Remote Management only supposed to work when using the WAN port or am I doing somthing wrong?
I have DNS Relay Enabled, DHCP Server Disabled (To make it work as an Access Point), UPnP Disabled, Remote Management Enabled, HTTPS Server Disabled and finally Remote Admin Port - set to the same port I am using in the main TP Link router for forwarding to the AP's IP.
On another note - I also cannot sign into the mydlink page from the Admin login page from my LAN.
Please HELP!!! Thanks in advance.
