Which version of Linux have you changed your firmware to?
Are you using Fun-Plug or Alt-F?

Edit to add:
What are you trying to do that isn't normal for a NAS box and could it run on the lower powered arm processor?

I'm using the native version of firmware, 1.06.
I need run a command to conect to VPN by Openvpn.

Commands to run:
cd /mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/OpenVPN/etc/
/mnt/HD/HD_a2/Nas_Prog/OpenVPN/sbin/openvpn --config openvpn.conf &

I don't think you can do that without adding something to the native firmware (when we do something like that it is via one of our servers acting as interface between NAS and VPN.  I will ask one of my service people what they can find out tomorrow but I think you will have to add Fun-Plug or change to Alt-F.

I installed the plugin Openvpn available in the add ons official repo.
But I need use it as client.

As far as I know the OpenVPN addon is only a server and can't be used as a client. 

The general agreement here is that you need Alt-F to do what you want.  If you decide to try that out take care and read all the instructions and be sure you understand what to do.  Also, before you do anything make a copy of your configuration and a copy of the firmware on the NAS (that way you can always revert if necessary).  You should also do what we do when working on any storage device - make a complete backup of all the data and check that you can read the backup (if you have it you most probably won't need it BUT if you don't have it Murphy says you are going to need it).
