setup d-viewcam mobile with my surveillance app on a DNS-327L

Hi guys, I have tried to setup the android app "d-viewcam mobile" with my surveillance application on a DNS-327L.
The ports seem to be correctly defined in setup menu of my surveillance software and then I configured the same ports in the mobile app, but it doesn't works.
I am working in the same Lan but in any case I have opened that ports on my router.

Anyone can help me?
