Hi,

Last night I decided to update my 5020L firmware to v1.14.09. I regret to do this, now my 5020L is unable to access through "http" or the setup wizard. I reset the cam by pressed the pin hole of the reset button and not able to access also. Anyone has encountered this problem?

Did you try HTTPS?
How did you do the FW update? via PC or the mydlink services portal?

If you factory reset the camera, then review the DHCP clients list on your router with the camera LAN wire connected to the router and see if it gets a new IP address. Set up from scratch with the new IP address or download the most current version of the set up wizard software. Old software won't work.
