I ditched my netgear router in favor of this one after watching the support videos showing how the parental controls worked, were configured, and the capabilities of the router. So I'm really confused as there is no way to access anything resembling what is shown in the support videos on the D-Link website. What gives?

I talked to tech support and found out the firmware has been upgraded since the videos on the website were made. The menu structure changed and some of the functions are now accessed from different pathways. Its all good. I do have to say that the D-link provided a much more flexible toolset for access control than the high end netgear unit I initially bought.
