I cant believe I did it, I knocked it onto a cement floor, the cover popped of and the drives came out.

Anyway I powered it down, reseated the drives, and started it back up. As it sits now both drive lights are flashing blue and there is like a beeping noisy sound. In the web software it isnt showing the drives. Is this how the device would act when it is rebuilding or am into a major problem here??? SHall I leave it or shut it down?

3.5" drives are not build to sustain such a fall. Most of the internal items of the 323 are pretty solid and are drop tested however your drives on the other hand, are definitely not meant to be. If you do not see the physical drives listed on the status page, there is a very good chance you damaged your drives in the fall, and even more if they were being accessed at the time.

So If I cannot see them then they are probably not rebuilding? I was running Raid 1

If you can not see them, they are more than likely Dead from the fall. Raid or not, if you physically drop the drives they will damage.
