Push notifications on ios

Hi!!
i have a security kit with motions sensors DCH-Z110 and DCH-Z120 and cam conect to a hub, since the past 2 weeks i dont get any push notifications from the app, i try delete it an reinstall, reinstall all the sensor but doesnt work, in the app the option last detection seems to work but i dont get any push notification, also i make a trigger to get notification and check the ios menu
Pls help  :-\

This maybe a MyDlink service issue.
I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

i did the call, they told me that soon in this weak the ios app will be updated for this issue
I hope they fix it!
