Record to SD card in 720p

How can I set DCS-825L to record on SD card in 720p? I have latest versions of iPad and Android apps, and latest firmware on camera, and I can't see option to change recording resolution anywhere. I trying using DLink support, but they were not helpful at all. Does anyone know how to do this?

Is there a camera web page that can be accessed to see if there is resolution settings there?
