Have the cameras and router been rebooted along with the phone?
Which app are you using? Mydlink Light? All 3 of my cameras have been connected using the Lite app.
Does Lite work for you at all? Did your wifes iphone see the same issue?
Ok, I can only think of someone has reset the cameras back to factory defaults and this would remove the association with the MDL service..
One could factory reset the camera at the camera as well.
