This is a security fix for the router. The middle firmware file gets installed first. If it fails, then just upload the other file. The middle file adds an encryption layer to allow only encrypted firmware files to be installed.

I'm flash firmware in link above it work almost fine but it can't downgrade
I want to flash  back so i go recovery mode do just like in description
went it done .power light are orange not blink. can't go to web interface
close it and when open it power light alway orange .
Help please!

Try the recovery mode again and this time install v1.01 B05_HCR2 file. I would not recommend downgrading.
What browser are you using to send the FW file?

I try all firmware in ftp2.dlink it like browser upload file to router but router donesn't flash it blink amber 2 time then solid amber.
use IE11 ,IE8 ,FF80 ,FF11 in win7 win10  3pc disable antivirus firewall
is it because of encryption firmware?

Mostly likely. I recommend you get ahold of your regional D-Link support office to see what options you have available. The recovery mode should work to get any FW version loaded. However if the recovery didn't work the first time or was a bad recovery, possible the router is now bricked.
