Hi,
Here´s my problem, and I´m pretty sure it´s an OS (windows 10) problem.
I have 4 pc´s to access the DNS320LW, 2 of them see them the other 2 don´t.
3 are wired and 1 is wireless.
So in 2 wired PC´s, I can see the NAS, can map drives and all, on the other 2 I can´t. Only shows multimedia shared, and can´t map the drives.
Here´s what I see in 1 of the pc´s that is OK.
As you can see, I see him on the network, mapped drives and all.
On other pc also wired, I only see this:
If I try to map the drives using the Dlink Storage Utility, I can see the NAS, but turns up an error when mapping.
This same issue happens in a Surface also windows 10 Pro with wireless connection.
Even if I try direct ip connection, an error about SMB1 comes up.
Not really sure where is the problem... can see the NAS on TV´s, smartphones, etc... but not on those PC´s.
Maybe some windows feature is disabled on these 2 PC´s.
Anyone have a clue or tip to help me out?
Thank you
