flashing leds = activity DCS-930L?

I have 2 DCS-930L Dlink network cams. I have set the green led's to continuesly on. Every now and then i see those led's flashing for a moment like the camera's have activitiy. The question is: when led's on those camera's flashing without me logged in or doiing something else ont he camera;s, does this means somebody is on those camera's, or can this have another reason the led's flashing?

The cameras will occasionally communicate with the mydlink servers. it is normal.
