DGL-4500 Setup
« on: August 21, 2009, 06:15:15 PM »

I just came from a Netgear FVS318v3 to this router.  I have multi PCs, VOIP phones and two XBox 360 consoles.  I have all PC and phone equipment working.  I have both Xbox 360s logged into Xbox Live.  However, I am still at the same place I was with the Netgear.  LAG...  What should my settings be to take advantage of this router and have a better experience with XBox Live especially Gears of War 2?

Thanks,

Johnny

May need to setup Gamefuel and Wish to set the game console with top priority. Also check to see if the games/Live need ports open.

XBOX Live should be in the drop down list of GameFuel rules to also make it easier to configure.  As Snoopy stated, do not upgrade the firmware under any circumstances.
