Does dlink has a home cloud camera which support mydlink app (not mydlink lite) and always recording ?
I have 936L - has always recording, but navigation and loading through records in mydlink lite is very slow, mydlink app is newer, faster and better ui.
But when i search for new camers with support mydlink app i found that support only motion or sound event based recording.

Do you recommend me dlink home camera which support always record and mydlink app ?

I have a 933L, 936L and 960L connected and all work with the newer MDL app.

But i think that versions of 2018 cameras don't know a always record to sd card - only higher and older version of 9XX series.
It is true ?

There are some cameras that do no support SD cards. Like my 933L.

But it quiet hard to find which camera support "always" recording to sd-card and which only trigger based record. Becaues this info is not on official dlink pages.
So I want a list of cameras which support always record.

The new dlink cameras (DCS-8xxxLH) do offer cloud and SD card recording (except 8000LH) but you cannot have continuous recording. Most older dlink cameras do offer continuous recording but recommended to use DViewCam software (or 3rd party) and a NVR device instead of SD card since it can cause a lot of overhead to the camera.

I use always recording on 936L about year and no problem. Since when can cause a lot of overhead to the camera ? Some update of app or firmware ?
If think if there is option to always record, camera should be a prepared for using with this option

Like I said the 8xxxLH series does not offer this feature. We have requested it but not sure if they will add it since it would require a firmware rewrite.

The overhead added to write video to a SD card does use more CPU resources but most cameras should be able to handle it.

As far as a list of cameras, pretty much anything other than the 8xxxLH cameras with a SD card slot should work since the web UI are basically the same and offer the same basic functions.
