Phone goes into VOIP mode as soon as I pick up the handset

When I pick up my handset connected to the DPH-50u, it immediately goes into the VOIP mode.  The only way I can get out is to Quit the DHP utility in the taskbar.

It worked fine for a few days, but now I have this problem.

I've tried the following drivers

1.  The one that came on the disk with the DPH-50-u
2   The US Robotics driver
3.  Downloaded DHP-50u driver version 1.1

All give the same results.

Otherwise, it seems to work fine.

Any suggestions?

You should be able to get back to your phone line by doing "##" without the quotes.
