Problems Resolved:
1. Fixed IOT issue with the specific cable modem.
2. Improved IOT issue with the specific client when SmartConnect is enabled.
3. Fixed the issue that the guest network time scheduling does not take effect.

Enhancements
1. Support WPA3
2. Support ISP profile in the Wizard for AU & SG countrycode for D-Link Wi-Fi APP

OK .. problems

1. my router is not the US version and it still upgraded to 1.30; https://eu.dlink.com/ro/ro/products/dir-882-exo-ac2600-mumimo-wifi-router#support still 1.20 - I disabled auto-upgrading and it still prompts me to 1.30 ... ain't gonna happen !!!!!!
2. the problems I described here http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=75413.0 are still present
3. after I did a factory reset, my ISP credentials would no longer work; I had to get back on 1.20 FW to restore my internet connection

1.30 has some major issues, at least for me

I presume that v1.30 may not be available or meant for use in your region. I would contact your regional D-Link support office to see what is supported for your region.

couple note on the 1.30 --

- My DIR-882 HW:A is set to auto-download/upgrade -- it has not
- I manually attempted to upgrade and received a message indicating failed -- nothing in the system log....
- I rebooted the DIR-882 and tried again -- still failed - no message in log
- US Region -- Georgia to be exact....

What happens if you manually download the FW file then install it manually?
What browser are you using?
What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have
