Volume_1 full, can't access

Dear forum,

in my sharelink my disks are full and I cannot access it. If I go through web interface to "my files". When I click Volume_1 never enters it. I cannot access it from samba linux client as I waw doing in the past (mount error(112): Host is down)  and I cannot ftp to it.

Any help

Power off the 343 for 1 minute then back on then try to access the DNS...
