For some reason it doesn't seem to be routing internally. Unfortunately I am not familiar with this router, I don't know how the "Cloud-Based" functionality works.Theoretically when you run a tracert it should contact your router first and then go out to your internet. It should also allow you to access other devices inside your network.It looks like your PC is bypassing your internal network completely. It looks like it is going straight out to your provider.
What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
