Capture photo location IE11 on Win10 PC

I would like to know where the photo captures folder are downloaded too? And would like to know how to change the folder location?

ddon't think it's MS, there's no option for dlink app to save it in a folder. MS with other apps always asks where I want to save it?

Oh, no idea that you were referencing a D-Link product. Which app are you referring too?
