DNS 320L got brick after successful upgraded firmware 1.11b

Hi everyone, I need help.
My DSN 320L firmware is 1.03, working fine.
I just downloaded and upgraded to firmware 1.11B01, the website said "successful" and the countdown start. But after the countdown stop, the website failed, and my DNS 320L just blue blinking in "Power button".
I tried to shutdown and Start it again, but it just blue blinking in "Power button".
What did i do wrong? And how can i repair my DSN 320L.
