As a first-time homebuyer, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed by the process and want to ensure I’m making the right choices. What questions should I ask my real estate agent near me to gauge their expertise and find the perfect home? Should I focus on their experience in my target area, their negotiation strategies, or the resources they provide? Additionally, how important is it for me to understand their commission structure?
