Hello everyone.

I’m considering professional teeth whitening and have some questions. I’ve read that it can significantly brighten my smile, but I’m curious about the different methods available. What are the pros and cons of in-office treatments versus at-home kits provided by dentists? Specifically, how does professional teeth whitening compare in terms of effectiveness and safety?

Also, how long do the results typically last, and are there any side effects I should be aware of? I've heard sensitivity can be an issue, and I want to ensure it’s worth the investment. If anyone has experience or recommendations, I would love to hear your thoughts!
