Recommendations for Effective Team Building Activities?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for suggestions on effective team building activities for a mid-sized team (15–20 people). We’re a mix of remote and in-office employees, and I’d like something that encourages collaboration, improves communication, and strengthens team morale.

In particular, I’m interested in team building activities OC-based or virtual options that can include our remote colleagues as well. Ideally, the activity should be engaging for all personality types—something more creative than the usual trust falls or icebreakers.

Has anyone had success with hybrid-friendly ideas? Would love to hear what’s worked for your teams.
