I have all of my computers, cameras, tivos', etc. set to static IP addresses so I'm not using DHCP on my router; however, if I were to turn on DHCP on the router, would my existing devices/workstations continue to work? Also, would this mean that if I connect a laptop that has DHCP set, it would then get an IP and work as well?
My issue stems from the 1.32NA firmware update where DNS relay needs to be turned off. If I turn DNS relay off, I'm thinking I can turn on DHCP on the router and type in my ISP's primary/secondary DNS addresses into the router... does this sound right?
