It has a 100 Mbit WAN port.  I'm sure it can handle 50 Mbps service easily.  Just make sure you use good cables.  CAT5e.

That’s what I thought, unfortunately I can’t get speeds past 20Mbps. I've used both Cat5e and Cat6 cables (both about 6ft long,) turned off game fuel and even reset to factory defaults. Is there any other setting/configuration I’m missing? Also FW on my router is 1.7

BTW: If I connect my modem (Motorola SB6120) to my PC directly I don’t have any issues getting close to my ISP’s advertised speed of 50Mbps.

Who is your ISP?  You didnt mention who it was.

Make sure that the WAN port is set to Auto or it's max of 10/100 Mbps.

So I seem to have run into yet another problem. I managed to reach speeds of 30Mbps but I noticed that all my wireless laptops would lose connection to the router and the IP's wouldn't renew unless the speed of my downloads dropped below 10Mbps (or finished completely.)

Who is your ISP?  You didn't mention who it was.

Make sure that the WAN port is set to Auto or it's max of 10/100 Mbps.

ISP is Videotron (50/1Mbps) and Ive tried both Auto and 100 in the WAN settings.

What firmware are you using?
