you will notice that yo will loose inernet connection. Connections will reset or your router will just reboot. I have had each of these things happen to me. I am done with this router wnr 3700 here i come. This one is going up for sale so if anyone wants to fight with dlink your more than welcome to buy mine and deal with them.

Its hard to say whats going to happen. Even though the most common problem is random restarting like the above person said there are a few people who do not have that problem. So pretty much run it and see what happens. If you do get the problem above not much you can do but wait for new firmware that will hopefully fix it.

If they could fix the fw they'd have done it months ago to multiple models.

What happened to mine with 121.NA was internet disconnected whenever multiple users or router heavily loaded.   Very annoying . Waiting for firmware fix.

I wish I had read the forum before doing the upgrade.  Oh joy.
They didn't even get some of the little stuff right.
The month of September is abbreviated with "SUP" instead of "SEP" on the LED display.
How tough could it be to get that right?

Brother if you just bought it then run back to your retailer and return the thing and get a functioning unit from another manufacturer.

A2 will not fix the problem.  Take the refund and move on and consider yourself lucky.

The Trick to getting my DGL-4500 Revision A1 to work with 121.NA Firmware.

go into router and reset your router to default settings
then after that reset it again with the button on the back
after that reset update your firmware
then go into router againa nd reset to default settings
then reset it again with the button on the back
dont upload old config, start fresh, has been working so far without wireless drops,
i tested it with 5 laptops all downloading something and watching movies over my NAS storage drive without wireless disconnecting.

might work for you, might not, good luck.

I couldn't restore my old settings when I did the update.
Just an FYI.  After the update I tried watching a Netflix video on my 360 (wired) and a download on my laptop at the same time.  The router crashed in under a minute.
This should not be difficult for them to reproduce.
