shadowflare99,

I switched to the Windows XP drivers (on my Vista Home Premium machine) and everything has been working great.

Vista 32 Home Premium
DWA552
DIR655

BSD everytime I loaded V1.30 of the dwa drivers.

I followed these directions first: http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=616.0

then loaded the drivers that came with the dwa, not sure of the version because it's RUNNING at 300Mbps and I don't want to breathe on it yet.

Quick update!  BSOD is gone completely.  I probably won't EVER upgrade the driver because "if it's not broke, don't fix it" is my motto.  Now I'm getting the intermittent drops that other discuss in the DIR-655 forum.  Tonight I'll take a look at WISH, give everyone their own statics, etc.  and see if that helps.
