Fix for SharePort Utility 1.1 using the 4500

I finally resolved the problem with the SharePort Utility 1.1  using the 4500 All I did is upgraded to net 4.0 Framework (beta) from the following web suite http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=ee2118cc-51cd-46ad-ab17-af6fff7538c9&displaylang=en  with SharePort Utility 1.1  using the 4500
