my dwa-125 won't switch to another network...

i uninstalled and reinstalled the software but when i try to switch to another network nothing ever happens. it stays connected to the previous network even after i try to switch manually to another one, or if i run the connection wizard. sometimes when i turn my computer back on it does connect to another network but then i cannot change it from that one. not sure if anyone has any ideas. or should i just call tech support?
