Help needed in setting home network

Hi,
I have d-link dwl-2100 AP, Its connected to a wireless internet. Im using the the internet on my laptop via wired lan, i hate the wiring things. So is there any way i can access the internet via my laptop wirelessly?

The wireless internet I access via dwl-2100 is weak and cant be accessed directly via laptop.

Sorry if Im posting in the wrong section, i cant find the 2100 forum.
