DAP-1522 802.11g mode

I just puchase DAP-1522 only to find out performance for the 802.11g sucks big time.

with internal 802.11g wireless downloads are around 11M-15M uploads around 4.5M

Via the DAP-1522 GBit port 3M-4M down 4M uploads.

 I wanted to use the DAP-1522 for GBit ports

Has any one else had the same issues

HAS a lot to do with the other equipment in the equation , are the 5400 rpm drives on the other end , gigabit ports all around , signal strength , transmit rate . Are you getting MBps or Mbps ?
  Ae these measurements signal or actual transfer speeds ?

Ethernet Cable Gigabit port

Avg. Up 5122Kbps

Level 3 D-Link support say DAP-1522 is for 802.11n mode only

So what router should I get.

Per the D-Link form all the 802.11n routers are having major issues!

I'm having GREAT speed with netgear wnd3700 . whatever brand you get make sure it is dual band simultanious .I run my 1522 on 5 ghz and get blazing speeds on my x-box and ps3 and media server ! 
 Good luck , the 1522 is a great bridge/ap ! I get 40- 52 Mbps bursts up to 70 Mbps transfer speeds , limited by the hard drive , connectuion speed is between 262-300Mbps .

I have five DAP 1522 units and a DGL4500 router.
I have zero  problems with any of them. Using wireless N 5Ghz I always get 100mbs+ speeds.
Using the wired portion on my gigabit network, which also uses ten Dlink Gigabit switches. I have no problems getting 850mbs to 900mbs throughput PC to PC.

wow 10 gigabit switches? Must be a really big house or a lot of people. Hate to see that electric bill.
