securespot management console
« on: November 20, 2009, 06:33:11 AM »

I have a Dir 655 A3 hardware using 1.32NA 9/7/2009.  Securespot is enabled in the firmware.  When I go to the Securespot Management Console, place the mouse over the router (which has a yellow exclamation point on its icon), information pops up that says "Warning Firewall Disabled".  My firewall is not disabled as I have SPI enabled in the firmware and it obviously does NAT and there are many blocks in the logs.  When the router is highlighted, the Firewall setting on the bottom is red, meaning off, but there is no selection to turn it on (or off) in the settings to the right.  I've called support but they tell me the router's firewall is on and not to worry.  But it is a worry, if Securespot is enabled the Management Console should show correct information.  Has anyone seen something similar?
