Change request - Addons - scheduling (Torrents)

This is a change request - would it be possible to either

a) add a scheuling feature to the torrent add on package that allows similar function of say uTorrent scheduling or at the least, can set on/off based on time and days.

or

b) add scheduling to the configuration -> addons menu where you can specify the start and stop time of an add-on (namely torrent)
