Hi all,

i'm trying to update the firmware from 1.08 b5  to 1.08 b8, but it's not doing anything?! I go to the firmware page, browse to the file, click apply and the green progress bar comes up and goes all the way across and then nothing else happens. After 30 mins of waiting, i restart the DNS-323 through the web interface but it looks like it's still on the old fw version ( the version says it's 1.08 with a date of 08/05/2009)

I've tried disbaling all the fun_plug stuff and doing it again, but again nothing happens? Any ideas?

Try a factory reset BEFORE you do the firmware update and see if that helps.

well I tried it once more, and then manually restarted the nas myself after a while, and now it looks like the date has been updated. Very strange...
