« on: December 23, 2009, 10:33:45 PM »

using a DIR655N extreme router with DHP 303 kit there are connectivity issues and frequent disconnects with the product, does the 825 dual band work better with the kit ?? or do i need to try another vendor ?

Same story for me (using a DIR655N extreme router with DHP 303 kit there are connectivity issues and frequent disconnects with the product) . I have a buisness with 3 wireless router, 5 wireless camers(950G), 4 printers, 3 computer, 1 gigabit swith (16 port), Nas Drive (dns-323)... all Producta are D_LINK and i had a Dhp-303 kit with wired camera and since i had that, when i transfert a big file from my computer to nas or nas to nas, i lost the network some time for 3 seconds and the transfert fail... on all computers. I can'nt see my nas for 3 seconds.

i disconnect the dhp-kit, and no error since 3 weeks,,,,  please help me

doesn't look like their support is helpful at all as i can see that almost everyone who has reached out to their support has had similar challenges, they really need to do something to improve their product quality else they are gonna loose some serious list of customers.

Also i found that the DIR655 has issues running with the DHP303 kit but i did upgrade to the DIR825 and seem to get a better response now but it is unable to give me the desired throughput and it definitely doesn't work the way they have advertised for HD streaming.
