Thank you for your quick answer

Have you used the media server on the DNS-323 for any other devices/applications?
Yes, in deed, i've use it with windows media player 12 but it's on the RTM of Windows Seven -> The Server is not seen by WMP.
I've also tried with windows media player 11 on Windows Vista, but when i try to open one of the media folder, i've an error message like "The connection was refused by the server, try to contact your device administrator"
Make sure you go to the UPNP AV page and click the REFRESH button on the page to rescan your devices media. Also make sure the path is set to the folder containing your media.
Yes it's done.
To be more precise, my media are stored in severals sub directory. And All the sub-directory are stored in a main directory that is specified in the UPNP AV page.
Between my previous message in now, I've updated the NAS with the 1.08beta firmware, and the problem it's the same.
[Edit] :
My directory structure :
--Root
---Multimedia
---Movies
---"SomeSubDirectories*
---*SomeVideoFiles*
---Pictures
---"SomeSubDirectories*
---*SomePicturesFiles*
---Music
---"SomeSubDirectories*
---*SomeMusicFiles*
I've an evolution (i don't know why ... ) , now on the DSM-510 the error message have disapear, i can use the function "folder", i see the folder "multimedia" but, i don't see the sub folders ..., i've tried to put a picture file directly in the "multimedia" directory but the DSM-510 don't see it ...
[Edit 2: ]
I have another problem with my DNS-323, the both light are amber after few minutes of working. Never i was this probleme before the activation of the UPNP AV server .... I've test the both disk with the manufacturer tool, and they are ok (5hours of test Oo ). The two disk are the same ...
I've also see anything with the refresh of the UPNP AV server, it's maybe nothing. When i launch the refresh, i see the progress bar. At about 70%, the progress bar go directly at 100% !
Thank you by advance for your answer !
