Ok, it's September of 2009, and i have had this issue pretty much since I can remember. I am still having the issue. I cannot establish (create) Access Control Policy, cannot use the feature, which seems to be at the heart of the blocking, etc. on this router. Now I need this feature because my teenager is doing more on the computer. I have been through every firmware revision there is so far, and countless, painstaking manual reconfigurations of router settings, and the feature just DOES NOT WORK. What is the solution D-Link? What are we to do here? This is a real issue, and not at all a user-level mass blunder. The Access Control does not accept any policy name, not even the number 1 or the letter A, and somewhere the blocking and scheduling part of the firmware is completely broken. I have seen it posted in this thread that the problem cannot be reproduced? That has got to be an internal office disconnect between technical and forum somewhere. All one need do is go to the Access Control section of the router, enable it and then try to create a policy. That's it, you'll see the issue straight away, no extra questions, nothing funky; it simply does not work. Please let us know what you can do for us. Thanks.
