OK, first off, there are no issues with SecureSpot... leave it enabled. All you need to do is goto Advanced => Network Filter and enter your iPad's MAC address (GENERAL=>ABOUT=> WiFi Address).. as being 'allowed' to access the network... then save this setting. After that, just enter your SSID, type of encryption and password into the iPad.

I've been ripping my hair out for the past week trying to find out why I couldn't connect. I had heard that Apple doesn't work well with Dlink and that I should get an Apple AirPort Extreme Router. I was =>| |<= (this close) to buying one when I thought I'd give it one more shot at troubleshooting. Also, I've already spent ~$1000 already for this thing and really wasn't jazzed about spending another couple hundred !!Of all the sites, blogs and forums ... not one mentioned ANYTHING about MAC addressing !!
