fgl30, I think your perception of the 'how the world works' is very one sided. The companies needs to provide information on their products. Marketing 'colors' this information, I have never heard a company say "I have a bad or incomplete product, please buy it". What is not explicitly mentioned just isn't there. I guess listing all
the features it doesn't have is not really an option, don't you think?
As you stated, you "have no time to study a lot about everything i wanna buy". Philosophically speaking this is an incorrect statement; you just don't want to
spend time on finding out. Since you have been quite active on this forum (which does take some considerable time) this indeed seems to be the case. Since you are only looking at the headlines, so to speak, you should not be surprised that the fineprint does not quite meet your expectations. And who's responsibility is that, who's making the choices here...?
I sincerely hope you do better when buying a house. Would be a shame if they sold you a barn instead of a villa only because the description said the property is big sized, has a roof, four sturdy walls and plenty of indoor space with wood decorations.

Note: I do not intend to offend you with my respons on your frustration (which could have been prevented by just getting some info before purchase), but please use the forum for questions that can be solved
